- The Residence On Campus are available to all full-time registered students
- The Residences are suitable only for those who are able to live independently without the help of other residents or any outside assistance
- Residents in apartments reflect the diversity of the campus and you can expect to live in an apartment with any gender (except minors), any nationality or origin, any age, and any course or year
- Halls of Residence are not suitable for families or children under 17 years
- However, international students would usually prefer to live in single rooms
- Facilities:
- The fully equipped kitchen including microwave, oven, fridge & kettle
- Dining-room and lounge area
- WiFi in all apartments

- The average rent is 550 to 650 Euros/month
- The residence type includes studio apartments, 3 bedroom apartments, 4 bedroom apartments and shared apartment

- Many shared apartments are rented on a room by room basis
