Program Description
- Masters in Business Administration is an advanced level course which will interest people aiming for specialist or managerial positions in medium-sized or large manufacturing or commercial enterprises, in consulting and financial advisory firms, or in public administrative bodies
- The course is divided into four semesters. In the first two semesters, all students cover the four main areas of business administration: the legal aspects, political economy, statistics and company economy
- Students learn to apply these concepts to the main functions of business administration and financial control
- To this base are then added more specialised classes in production and marketing, the behavioural aspects of business administration (leadership, negotiation, decision making), strategic processes, planning, managerial control, performance measurement and company finance
