Program Description
The Bachelor Degree in “Legal Sciences of Prevention and Safety” aims to train legal operators of companies with specific skills in the field of internal and external security and aims to prepare the figure of the “safety and security manager” who represents a highly sought-after professionalism in the current labour market.The degree course also makes it possible, through a customized curriculum, to train the figure of the “auditor”, i.e. the professional who is responsible for verifying the correctness of administrative/accounting processes to prevent and combat fraud.In order to achieve the objectives indicated, it is essential to combine theoretical learning with practical training aimed at acquiring the operational skills required by the sector. Therefore, the participation of the Carabinieri Corps (Arma dei Carabinieri), which will provide its knowledge and skills gained in the field, is particularly valuable. In the perspective outlined, we have imagined a study plan composed of teachings of legal content, provided by the Department of Law and professional figures (magistrates and lawyers) with specific skills, and further training activities within the competence of the Corp of Carabinieri.
