Program Description

Urban and Environmental engineering study plan focus on desing, planning and managing
the following systems: water complex; hydraulic defence of territories; works of cleaning up water; air and soil; works of exploitation of energy resources in accordance with a sustainable policy for the control and monitoring of environmental quality; assessment of impacts and environmental compatibility of plans.
Students can choose to focus their study plan between three tracks:
Territorial
Plants
Renewables
First year classes are focused on Fluid Mechanics, Environmental Technical
Physics and hydraulic machines, Hydrological Modeling and Risk Analysis, Photogrammetry, Lidar and GIS,(Territorial’s Track), General Microbiology (Plants’ Track), Elements of Machines and Electrical Systems (Renewables’ Track).

Ingegneria per l’ambiente e il territorio can be activate as a “LM+”, a special Master’s Degree program made up of 5 semesters rather than 4. In the last 2 semesters students are offered a training period in a company, during which expenses are reimbursed.
