Program Description
The master's degree course aims to train people who have knowledge of business disciplines and related legal aspects, as well as methods of analysis and critical interpretation of business and organizational structures and dynamics. Specifically, the course allows graduates to acquire skills relating to the economic-business area (drafting of the financial statements and consolidated financial statements also in view of international accounting standards; economic evaluation of company capital; analysis of strategic processes; ethical and historical profiles of the company reality), the juridical area and the planning and control area. In addition, the course in English makes it possible to respond to high-level professional training needs in an international context. The course of study meets the criteria defined by the agreement stipulated between the University of Bergamo and the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Bergamo, as part of the framework agreement signed in October 2014 between the Minister of Education, University and Research, the Minister of Justice and the National Council of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts, aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills for access to the profession of Chartered Accountant and Accounting Expert.The training course is divided into two curricula with specific training objectives:
