In your final year, you can choose either to split your time evenly between your two subjects or to specialize in one. Your second year of study is divided into two semesters that enables you to take part in optional work placements or go on international exchange.By choosing Philosophy and English you’ll enjoy the freedom to choose from a wide range of optional modules, depending on your own preferences and interests. By combining these two subjects, you’ll develop strong skills in critical thinking and conceptual analysis which will enhance your appreciation and understanding of literary texts.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:
  • Students require 12 years of school education and successful completion of a school leaving certificate equivalent to UK 'A' Levels.
  • International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma is required.
  • GCSE: Grade 4/C in English and Mathematics
Indian Student Eligibility: Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
  • Completed their high school education from recognized institution.
  • Or,  completed a Diploma in relevant field.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
