Program Description
The Master of Applied Science is a research-oriented program with a thesis requirement. The program emphasis is on water and wastewater treatment, solid and hazardous waste management, air quality management, industrial air pollution control, groundwater contamination, geotechnical engineering, transportation, sustainability and urban development, risk assessment, environmental modeling/simulation/optimization, and energy and environment.Other Requirements
Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students have a graduating average of at least 70 percent from a four-year bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
- GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 (B grade).
- Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and GRE to get admission in this program.
- Students have to complete a four-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
- Students with a marginally lower four-year average may be accepted if their performance in the last two complete years is significantly higher (75% or more).
