Program Description

  • The Master of Administration in Leadership is a 2-year program at the University of Regina.
  • This program offered on a full-time basis and also on a part-time basis.
  • Students required to complete a minimum of 30 credits successfully for a full-time and part-time basis.
  • This course offered in condensed, blended, and online formats.
  • The main topics of the program are:

    • Leadership: Theory and Practice

    • Business Policy and Strategy

    • Women in Leadership
  • The program gives skills in strategy and a depth of expertise in aligning business strategy with governance.
  • The Co-op program option allows students to earn while they learn and apply principles learned in class within a working environment. 
  • The co-op option consists of two work terms; either two separate four month work terms or one eight month work term.
  • Scholarships available for qualified students.
  • The acceptance rate of this program is 85%.
  • This program provides opportunities for the student to supplement their academic learning with co-op and study/work abroad.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:
  • Students have a Four-year undergraduate degree with a minimum grade point average equivalent to Canadian 70%.
  • Students are normally required to have at least two years of full-time work experience and experience must be obtained after completion of an undergraduate degree.
  • Internships, work placements and co-operative education placements are not accepted as work experience. 
Indian Student EligibilityIndian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
  • Students have to complete a four-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
Students whose official language is not English are required to submit IELTS or TOEFL Scores.
