Program Description

  • The University of Regina offers MEng in Environmental Systems Engineering with a duration of 2 years (4 terms) program.
  • This program is offered on a full-time basis.
  • This program contains two options: co-op, or project.
  • The program requires 30 credits for the completion including the project, but its co-op option requires 42 credits for the completion.
  • The MEng in Environmental Systems Engineering focuses on the following areas of research:

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:
  • Students have a graduating average of at least 70 percent from a four-year bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 (B grade).
  • Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL and GRE to get admission in this program.
Indian Student EligibilityIndian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
  • Students have to complete a four-year undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Students with a marginally lower four-year average may be accepted if their performance in the last two complete years is significantly higher (75% or more).
  • Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/any equivalent test.
