Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:
  • Students have a four-year bachelor's degree in business or equivalent from a recognized university.

Work Experience Eligibility:
  • Students are required to have at least two years of full-time work experience in the field of human resource management.
  • Students may be eligible for the Co-op program if they are enrolled in a Co-op route in their program of study and receive a letter from the Co-op office.
  • Students' experience must be obtained after completion of an undergraduate degree.
  • Internships, work placements, and co-operative education placements are not accepted as work experience.
