Program Description
Kinesiology focuses on human movement and optimizing performance and quality of life. This comprehensive program covers the behavioral, biomechanical, physiological and psychosocial aspects of human health and performance. Knowledge is applied to several settings including rehabilitation, adapted physical activity, sport, exercise, and general health in people of varying abilities. The student will be prepared for provincial and national professional examinations.
