Program Description
The study of Kinesiology, now a regulated health profession in Ontario, will prepare the student with the knowledge and skills to utilize physical activity in the treatment and prevention of injury and chronic disease. The student will learn how to prescribe individualized exercise programs to improve or maintain health, functional capacity and well-being of a range of healthy and clinical populations.Other Requirements
