Program Description

  • University of New Brunswick (Fredericton) offers a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering for a duration of 4 years (8 terms).
  • It is an on-campus, co-op program offered on both a full-time and part-time basis.
  • Software Engineering is a joint program in the Faculty of Computer Science and Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Academic Eligibility:

Following are the course requirements that students need to complete to get admission in this program:
  • Senior English Literature (70% or higher)
  • Senior Math, including Pre-Calculus (70% or higher)
  • 1 other academic math
  • Senior Chemistry (70% or higher)
  • Senior Physics (70% or higher)
  • 1 elective from groups 1, 2, or 4 (60% or higher).
Indian Student Eligibility :

Indian students are eligible to apply if they have any one of the following certificates:

  • Higher Secondary School Certificate
  • All India Senior School Certificate grades of 60% or higher
