Program Description

The four-semester course Master Meteorology is aimed at deepening knowledge in atmospheric physics and the application of its methods. This Master's program is divided into two blocks: In the first and second semesters the Master's students attend courses in the research areas of Meteorology and Atmospheric Physics. The third and fourth semesters are devoted to the one-year master's thesis.

Candidates must hold a bachelor or Diploma degree (or equivalent) in physics, astrophysics or meteorology or another mathematical or natural scientific degree. They must also pass a special entrance exam.
