Program Description

  • The University of Saskatchewan offers a Master of Business Administration (MBA) for a duration of 2 years (4 terms). This program helps professionals from all backgrounds who are seeking to advance or change their careers. 
  • This course is offered on a full-time basis and part-time also. The program consists of a coursed-based option.
  • Through this program, students learn how business concepts are integrated into business decisions through a combination of applied courses, exercises, case studies, and projects incorporating each functional business area.
  • Students participate in a one-week intensive experiential management skills retreat in beautiful Northern Saskatchewan.
  • Students from all academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply for the MBA program.
  • The faculty and student ratio for this program are 1:17.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:
  • Applicants should have a cumulative weighted average of at least 70% in the last two years of study (i.e. 60 credit units).
  • A four-year bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, from a recognized college or university in an academic discipline relevant to the proposed field of study.
  • Students must have a GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale.
  • Proof of English proficiency may be required for international applicants, whose first language is not English.
  • Students need to submit the result of the GMAT exam score, the minimum score should be 500 out of 800.
  • Students must be qualified in IELTS or TOEFL to get admission to this program.

Indian Student Eligibility:
   

           Indian students are eligible to apply if they meet one of the following eligibility criteria:
  • Completed a 4-year UG degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
  • Completed a master’s degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.

  • Three academic or professional references: Three Letters of recommendation (completed via an online application process, no need to send to CGPS from the issuing institution)
  • CV/Resume: Resume/CV should be a one or two page concise summary of skills, experience, and education.
  • Offer Letter: Students must submit have an offer letter.
  • Test Results: Provide proof of English proficiency, if English is not the first language in student country, as proof of IELTS/TOEFL result scores is to be submitted.
