- The School of Human Resource Management’s unique Executive Masters degree in HRM is designed specifically to meet the needs of busy professionals from a broad range of backgrounds.
- The Master of Human Resource Management program is an executive-style program designed to provide HRM specialists with the skills and credentials necessary to become senior-level professionals.
- MHRM students will learn from a team of internationally recognized HR scholars.
- Students will explore issues such as organizational change and development, labor relations, strategic compensation, international HR, and the impact of HR policies, practices, and programs on employee and organizational performance.

Academic Eligibility:
- Students must have a 4-year undergraduate honors degree in human resource management, business/commerce, administrative studies, psychology, labor studies, or sociology from a recognized institution.
- An undergraduate grade point average of 3.33 (B+ grade) out of 4.0 from accredited institutions is required for unconditional admission.
- Applicants must demonstrate a solid practical HRM background or relevant work experience that prepares them for advanced studies.
- Students must complete a 4-year undergraduate degree with first class in a relevant field from a recognized institution
- Or, students completed a master's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- An undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 (B grade) out of 4.0 from accredited institutions is required for unconditional admission.
