Program Description
The English-taught Master of Science in Economics at the University of Bonn is a quantitative and research-oriented program that covers all areas of economics. Among other things, the program provides advanced mathematical, statistical and econometric knowledge and enables students to understand complex economic models and to assess the relevance and limits of economic theories. Eligibility & Entry Requirement
- A Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics or an equivalent degree (e.g. Bachelor of Arts or a degree in a related field with a focus on quantitative economics) with the final grade “good” (the German grade 2,3) or better.
- A solid background in Mathematics (differential and integral calculus, linear algebra) statistical methods (descriptive and inferential statistics) and econometrics
