Program Description
Program Description
The Business Administration Specialization in Strategic Innovation Management considers the whole strategic process of managing innovations within companies and between companies. Our programme is structured around the following four topics: (1) where does innovation come from; (2) how can the firm organised internally for innovation; (3) how and with whom should the firm cooperate to maximize innovation; and (4) how can the firm capture value from innovation.
All of our courses are designed and executed by a small group of top academic researchers, and our programme is, therefore, strongly research oriented. By introducing students to the state-of-the-art in academic research, the aim of the programme is to give student the necessary tools to properly understand, evaluate and solve real-life cases, and to conduct their own research.
