Program Description
- Communication science is interested in the emergence and impact of media-mediated communication. So the focus of research is on mass communication through the mass media. The bachelor's degree at the Munich Institute for Communication Science and Media Research is not a practical media education, but an academic degree.
- Problems, correlations, structures and mechanisms of action in the mass media and public communication are analyzed on the basis of empirical research methods. Through scientific reflection, students become experts in public communication processes.
