Program Description
The Bachelor of Design Computing (Honors) provides students who have qualified for or been awarded, an undergraduate pass degree in design computing the opportunity to extend their potential in a research task under the supervision of a member of academic staff. The honors degree requires an extra year of full-time study.

Admission to this course is on the basis of the following criteria:
- A secondary education qualification such as the Higher School Certificate (including national and international equivalents), or approved higher education study, including approved preparation courses, are needed.
- The candidates should have prior knowledge of Mathematics as the course has mathematics prerequisites.
- If one does not meet the mathematics prerequisites, one can complete the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) for mathematics and the post-MOOC exam, or can apply for and enroll in a course that doesn’t have a mathematics prerequisite, complete the required studies in mathematics and then apply to transfer to the initial course choice.
