Program Description
The Australian Maritime College’s Bachelor of Applied Science (Marine Engineering) degree will provide students with the knowledge and skills required to undertake operation and maintenance associated with shipboard marine engineering systems. This program is designed to integrate professional short courses and training at sea so that students will not only obtain a bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma but also a Certificate of Competency issued by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA).
