Student will gain a comprehensive range of knowledge and understanding of film; competence in practical filmmaking and detailed awareness of and interaction with the industry. Studying BA English and Film at the University of Birmingham has a vocational focus, offering student the opportunity to apply for a work placement through our ‘Professional Skills Placement’ module in second year of study.
