Program Description
Students can enjoy a combination of hands-on learning and theory with labs dedicated to immersing them in a variety of engineering technologies such as robotics, architecture, computer programming, electrical, civil, mechanical design, machining, and more. They will upgrade their math to the level required for Conestoga College's engineering technology programs while developing a solid background in physics and computer applications - all delivered by dedicated faculty.
Conestoga College's graduates have found successful careers in engineering-related fields by pursuing further education at the diploma level and beyond. Completing this program guarantees admission to the first year of many engineering technology programs.
Other Requirements
- Grade 12 with minimum 50%. Admission Requirements - Grade 12 compulsory English or equivalent OR Conestoga College Preparatory Communications. Grade 11 or 12 Mathematics or equivalent OR Conestoga College Preparatory Mathematics. Minimum cumulative average (English & Math) 60%. A sound mathematical background is important for success in this program and is considered during the admission selection process.
