Program Description
This eight-month Flight Services certificate program is offered in co-operation with major airlines giving students a competitive edge in the airline service industry. In this program, students will develop a diverse range of skills related to safety and emergency procedures, both on the ground and in-flight. They will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviour required to explore a rewarding career in the service-driven aviation industry. They will learn to perform a variety of functions, aircraft safety procedures and essential techniques to deliver an exceptional passenger experience.
This program has common first-year courses with the Flight Services: Operations & Cabin Management diploma program. This allows students the opportunity to use their earned credits to pathway into the two-year diploma program, should they choose.
Throughout this program students will develop the following skills:
