Program Description

This exclusive two-year diploma program is designed to help students develop job-related skills and knowledge in an experiential learning setting preparing them to perform a variety of functions required by the airline industry.

Students will learn to deliver passenger safety procedures and techniques to help them provide exceptional customer service. They will also develop a service-driven attitude and an ability to effectively deal with a diverse range of safety related duties on the ground and in-flight.
