This program is the perfect stepping stone if you are interested in furthering your studies in audio recording and music production or if you wish to pursue independent music recording and composition as a career.You will learn the foundations of music recording, editing, and performance, along with the communications and creative skills necessary to begin navigating the many facets of the music industry. Program activities include a hands-on approach to small-scale, computer-based recording and editing, an overview of the roots of popular music and current trends in the music recording industry, and an examination of the business skills needed to successfully promote yourself in the industry.Extra Notes
