Program Description

Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business prepares students for a successful career by broadening their knowledge, skills, and appreciation of the customs and practices that affect business activities when dealing with other countries. Students will be exposed to a wealth of topics related to international business, confront some of the dynamic issues and challenges of international business, and master strategies to establish an enduring global presence. This program is offered in partnership with the Forum for International Trade Training (FITT), global business experts established by industry and government.

Other Requirements

An undergraduate diploma or degree, preferably in business, commerce or a related discipline (includes MITT’s Post-Graduate Certificate in Business Management*), with minimum 50% or higher from an accredited institution. A minimum of 2 years of full-time undergraduate level coursework from an accredited institution in a related field may also be considered. Required Current resumé or CV. Preferred Admission Criteria (There may be a competitive admissions process for entry to this program; meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission) - Minimum 2 years of prior relevant work experience as demonstrated on resumé or CV.
