You’ll be critical for the successful management of complex and constantly evolving environments and you’ll work with both employers and employees to create productive and fair workplaces.In this major you’ll study a broad range of topics including human behaviour, organizational change management, career development, managing in unionized environments, leadership, workplace safety and managing in diverse workplaces.You can also choose a minor to enhance your knowledge in a secondary line of study.
