Program Description

As a Culinary Innovation and Food Technology graduate, you are a culinary innovator with the unique ability to develop and improve foods, products and operations; reduce food safety risks and ensure regulations are met; and provide nutritional labelling and analysis.

  • Grade 12 with 50% and above. Math required. Recommended Courses : Biology – Grade 11 or Grade 12, Chemistry – Grade 11 or Grade 12
  • Niagara College does not accept students from Open schooling and Distance Education System. Education Gap:Student completed most recent studies within 5 years from start of the program (Example: if the program begins in 2018, applicants must have completed their last program of study no earlier than 2013 Student does not have more than 9 backlogs in university study. State Secondary School Board All required courses = 55% required & 10 + 2 English = 65% required. State Technical Education Board All required courses = 65% required, 10 + 2 English = 70% requied.
