Program Description
As a social media professional, you will plan, execute and analyze social media campaigns for a variety of organizations and clients, in both for-profit and non-profit sectors. You will create engaging communications using images, video and text to enhance brands and improve online engagement.
- Program is delivered over two semesters, four days a week.
- Hands-on learning in client-focused courses.
- Gain and improve collaboration and leadership skills required in industry.
- In-depth training on social media management platforms.
- Training in web site hosting, LMS management and social media analytics dashboards.
- Network among industry professionals to access the freelance market.
- Plan and lead a social media campaign for a community client in a capstone course.

Other Requirements
- Minimum 50% in Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline from a recognised university.
- Niagara College does not accept students from Open schooling and Distance Education System. Education Gap:Student completed most recent studies within 5 years from start of the program (Example: if the program begins in 2018, applicants must have completed their last program of study no earlier than 2013 Student does not have more than 9 backlogs in university study. All required courses = 55% required.
