Program Description
The BSc (Hons) Physical Education with QTS degree is a fast-track route into teaching, taking just three years to become a fully qualified PE teacher in secondary education.Learning through classroom experience and applying theory to your teaching practice will help you to develop the skills you need to teach young people in physical education.During this PE teaching degree, you'll study the scientific principles of physical education and sport, with applied practical activities while developing your expertise in the classroom; all with the support of a strong partnership between the University and your placement school.Other Requirements
• Require 65% in Class 12 from CBSE, ICSE, State Boards and 60% or above from 10+II (Senior School Certificate) and these must include Mathematics and English Language, or equivalent qualifications.• In addition to academic qualifications, you must also: Have an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check Disclose any criminal convictions (required by DES Circular 9/93) Complete a medical pro forma (based on DFEE Circular 8/92)
