Program Description
The MA in Human Rights programme consists of three core modules and five elective modules, which gives you the opportunity to tailor your degree to your individual interests and professional needs.All students study three core 15-credit modules (45 credits), which provide a solid overview of human rights theory and practice and the politics of human rights and justice in an era of globalisation. For the remaining 135 credits, you can tailor the course to match your interests, for example, studying human rights in the context of European politics or environmental protest.To obtain the master’s qualification, you must successfully complete 180 credits, including the 60-credit Dissertation module.The MA can be studied as either a one-year full-time or two-year part-time course, with a September start date. - This programme is open to graduates with a first or second class honours degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
- For IELTS Waiver : CISCE/CBSE Class XII: 70% or above. All other State Boards Class XII (except Punjab or Mohali School Education Board): 75% or above in English, depending on course.Study should be taught in English. Otherwise IELTS is required.
