Program Description
UWS’s BSc (Hons) Occupational Safety & Health is professionally-accredited by the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to lead and manage health and safety in the workplace.You’ll study a range of topics appropriate to modern approaches to occupational health and safety, including legal systems; safety management systems; risk assessment; risk reduction; risk control techniques; fostering a safe and healthy work culture in the workforce; environmental management; and health and wellbeing. On completion of this programme you will be eligible to apply for membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (Grad IOSH). The IOSH membership grade awarded will be dependent on your qualifications and work experience.COURSE HIGHLIGHTS

Other Requirements
- Require minimum of 60% or above in 12th Std.
- 70% in Class XII English and the certificate should be not be more than 8 years old at the time of making the application.No MOI letter would be accepted henceforth.However, please note that students will require an IELTS or equivalent, if applying from the following School Education Boards: 1. Punjab Board,2. Haryana Board,3. Uttar Pradesh (UP) Board or4. Jammu & Kashmir (J & K) Board.
