Program Description

Our MSc Logistics and Supply Chain Management course provides you the opportunity to study all aspects of logistics and supply chain management, covering the range of activities associated with the efficient flow and storage of goods, services and related information. It equips you with the specialist knowledge and training to design and manage effective logistics and supply chain systems, creating managerial opportunities in the public and private sectors.
In today’s highly competitive and global marketplace the pressure on organisations to find new ways to create and deliver value to customers grows ever stronger. Logistics is a term widely used in business for a range of activities associated with the efficient and effective flow and storage of goods, services, and related information from a point of origin to the point of consumption in response to consumer requirements.Management of these activities has been revolutionised over the past twenty years, by addressing logistical issues through an extended perspective of the supply chain that incorporates concepts from several management disciplines, such as:
  • Strategy formation
  • Theory of the firm
  • Logistics 
  • Manufacturing management
  • Management accounting 
  • Markets research 
  • Operations research

Other Requirements

  •  Require 60% in first degree should be from a related subject discipline such as: Engineering, Maths, Economics, Business studies, Geography, Planning, Social studies. 
  •  A background of professional experience will also be considered.
  • 70% in Class XII English and the certificate should be not be more than 8 years old at the time of making the application.No MOI letter would be accepted henceforth.However, please note that students will require an IELTS or equivalent, if applying from the following School Education Boards: 1. Punjab Board,2. Haryana Board,3. Uttar Pradesh (UP) Board or4. Jammu & Kashmir (J & K) Board.
