Program Description

At UWS we offer three qualifications in career guidance and development.Completing our most popular course, the Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Career Guidance and Development, will support you to develop professional practice competence working with individuals and groups and to undertake critical analysis of key aspects of career guidance and development practice.A PGCert option is also available for students wishing to complete one year of part-time study only.Having completed the PGDip or an equivalent qualification at another institution, students can return to study our masters 'top-up' module to obtain a full MSc in Career Guidance and Development. Our masters route is focused on continuous professional development through practitioner-researcher skills, and supports students to take the opportunity to promote their work within the sector.

Other Requirements

  • Require an undergraduate honours degree, or equivalent qualification, in any subject
  • 70% in Class XII English and the certificate should be not be more than 8 years old at the time of making the application.No MOI letter would be accepted henceforth.However, please note that students will require an IELTS or equivalent, if applying from the following School Education Boards: 1. Punjab Board,2. Haryana Board,3. Uttar Pradesh (UP) Board or4. Jammu & Kashmir (J & K) Board.
