Program Description

The Architectural Engineering degree is a multidisciplinary degree, encompassing civil engineering and architecture jointly delivered by the School of Engineering and the School of Architecture.Architectural engineers are responsible for the design of different systems within a building or an aspect of critical infrastructure with a particular focus on key areas.As a student, you will be provided with a multidisciplinary skill set to design building structures, bridges and critical infrastructure incorporating both the solid technical grounding that a typical civil/structural engineering degree provides; alongside a robust and wider appreciation of the architectural, societal, economic and environmental aspects associated to a particular design solution.

Other Requirements

  • Successful completion of examinations at standard X and XII (Higher Secondary School Certificate) with minimum marks of approximately 70 to 85%, according to the course and exam board.Please note: Sometimes your offer will be made on condition of you achieving an overall score in your XII standard exams, while some programmes will ask for specific scores in certain subjects. As such, any subject-specific requirements will reflect the overall percentage required (eg. 85% in best four subjects, including 85% in Maths), along with the individual score for each subject.
  • For IELTS Waive off , you require 70% and above in English in Standard XII for CBSE/CISCE/WB/Karnataka/Maharashtra/TamilNadu/Andhra Pradesh/Kerala/Telangana/Goa/Delhi/Sikkhim/Gujarat/Meghalaya boards.
