Program Description
Studying human, animal and plant remains, artefacts and art, you will learn how to reconstruct the past from its material remains. You will investigate the major social, economic, religious and technological developments in long-term human history, from Britain to South Africa and Spain to China, and learn how to carry out archaeological excavation and survey.Optional modules will allow you to explore specific cultural areas, time periods, analytical methods or interpretive themes from an archaeological perspective.Other Requirements
- Successful completion of examinations at standard X and XII (Higher Secondary School Certificate) with minimum marks of approximately 70 to 85%, according to the course and exam board.Please note: Sometimes your offer will be made on condition of you achieving an overall score in your XII standard exams, while some programmes will ask for specific scores in certain subjects. As such, any subject-specific requirements will reflect the overall percentage required (eg. 85% in best four subjects, including 85% in Maths), along with the individual score for each subject.
- For IELTS Waive off , you require 70% and above in English in Standard XII for CBSE/CISCE/WB/Karnataka/Maharashtra/TamilNadu/Andhra Pradesh/Kerala/Telangana/Goa/Delhi/Sikkhim/Gujarat/Meghalaya boards.
